I must extract to correct my crowded teeth; will there be a big hole for everyone to see?
Extraction is necessary when the your orthodontist needs space to align the teeth; but, the initial space cannot appear specially as no-one knows you are using na appliance.
The temporary bridge is placed immediately after the removal of the teeth for the extraction space not to appear.
