What types of appliance exist for adults?
An appliance for adults has to be, in the great majority of cases, fixed. This fixed appliance, placed on the external face of the teeth, differs one from the other by the material they are made of; namely, metal or a transparent substance. Since the inovation of the appliance that is hidden on the inside of the teeth , adults have this wonderful option. Removeable appliances are not indicated for adults as they usually function best during growth periods.
